Q. Do You Use Subcontractors For Any Part Of The Project?

A. ALMOST NEVER. Any service that we currently offer is one that we can perform ourselves. If a client requests work that we can not fulfill as a part of their bid we will ask them about the use of subcontractors. The client will always be made aware of any use of subcontracts on their property by "TFS LABOR GROUP LLC"

Q. Do You Perform Mowing Services?

A. No, currently. We will mow a yard as part of a landscaping project, but not as a solo one time or regularly scheduled service.

Q. How much money do you request up front?

A. The percentage varies depending on the project. Usually the more materials that need to be ordered the higher the percentage. ALL CONTRACTS ARE BONDED UP TO $5000 FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION.
